Payments are upfront and in full.

I do not provide a service to minors (Under the age of 18)

Due to the "skeb like" nature of the commissions, no partial refund can be provided. Commissions are done in one sitting, A full refund will be provided if I am unable to do the commission.

No WIPs are provided, there will be no communication/revision stage

If I made a mistake on your character colors or design it will be corrected for free

A specific deadline can be discussed, but will cost a fee

Please allow up to 3 months for your commission to be delivered (it will be a lot less in 99% of cases, this is in case of an event delaying my work, in which case you'll be informed)

My commissions are for personal use only

You are allowed to crop and resize the artwork to adapt it to your icon or banner but you're not allowed to edit it in any other way (this include color filters)

You'll be provided two version of the artwork, a full size one with a small watermark and a sized down one with a heavy watermark. Do not repost the full size one on social medias, use the heavy watermarked one instead (Twitter, facebook, instagram, threads, bluesky, etc...). You can repost the full size one on your character profiles on Toyhouse/google drive of course.

I retain copyright for my artworks and can post them on my social medias and portfolios (you can ask to not be tagged or remain anonymous)

Due to the "skeb like" nature of my commissions, there will be no communication during the commission process. I will contact you when accepting your form, and when delivering the commission.

If a mistake was made on your character design/colors please tell me upon delivery and I will do a free revision.

Previous terms of service apply to adoptables (character design) as well as the following rules

Adoptables are for personnal use only

You can edit the design in any way you'd like on your own artworks but you're not allowed to edit my artworks, this include any color or saturation edit

Adoptables can be resold if you paid for them directly (buying from me or a resell)

Traded/gifted designs can only be traded or gifted, vouchers are not allowed

Commissioned (paid) artworks increase the resell value

I do not allow the following users to own my character designs, do not transfer, sell, trade or gift any of my work to them: -johdaa (any of their accounts) -ofopaloceans / al4ira
